I'm adding "Herb-Killer" to the bottom of my resume. I feel horrible. These were the herbs that two students gave me in May as a 'thank you' for teaching them all year. I love herbs. I really do. I wish I had a backyard where I could have planted them because I really do think herb gardens are cool. Strolling outside, like the Barefoot Contessa, and cutting fresh herbs for the delicious dinner that night...My apartment was just not the best spot for these little guys to thrive. The basil did the best but I think the mint needed more sun and the cilantro didn't like the Texas heat when I placed it outside. Sorry, charlie!
So, note for all who are reading: Herbs + Me = dead
